A
trip on Lake Seminole with your guide Randy Weaver usually
begins at safe daylight. You can fish for "your
choice" of fish you want to catch or ask Randy and he
will tell you what's biting the best.
On a
normal trip, you will fish until lunch and then come in to eat
at Jack Wingate's Lodge, stretch your legs, and rest for a
bit. After lunch, you will go back out and fish at least
four more hours depending on how much energy ya'
got. A full day of fishin' can wear ya' out. The
standard day is 8 hours of fishing (full day) but it can run
for 9 or 10 hours depending on how they are bitin'. You
can also fish for a Half day (morning or afternoon) which is 4
to 5 hours.
You
can bring your own equipment or use what Randy has for ya'.
Safety equipment is provided and Randy will go over some basic
boat safety for those of you who have not been on the water
before. You can get any drinks, snacks, or live bait you
may need at the marina. The trip begins out of Jack
Wingate's lodge unless special arrangements are made for Randy
to meet you somewhere else (this may include an additional
fee).
Randy
is 100% committed to Customer
Satisfaction and he takes his fishing very serious. You
will have a day filled with learning, cultivating your skills,
and catching fish. All of this while in the
company of one of the most knowledgeable guides on the 38,000
acres of Lake Seminole. Randy has a wonderful sense of
humor and will always show you a good time out on the lake as
you take in the beautiful scenery of the Lake and see alot of
nature and wildlife.
